Question: Can I purchase the book from a bookstore or any other website besides Amazon.com and still qualify for the bonus gifts?

Question: How do I get my gifts? Does Amazon.com.com send them to me?
Answer: Amazon.com does not send you the gifts. The instructions to receive your bonuses are on this special offer page. Please fill in the form on the page with your first name, last name, email address, and Amazon order number, and you will be directed to the download page to get your bonus gifts.

Question: Where do I find my Amazon.com order number?
Answer: Your Amazon.com order number was on your order confirmation page after you completed your purchase. You will also find it in the order confirmation email that you received from Amazon.com after you placed your order.

Question: What do you do with my email address? Is it shared with others?
Answer: Your information will not be shared with any other companies or individuals. You will only be added to Dr. Laureen’s private VIP list. To protect your privacy, we leave it to your discretion which bonus gifts you wish to receive.

Question: Do I have to choose only one of the gifts or can I have them all?
